Products, Purchasing and Payment
 
Whilst every effort has been made to accurately portray the items and colours of our products that appear on the website, colour representation can depend on your computer monitor and therefore there may be some difference in the product you receive. Some items are provided in a range of patterns that are supplied at random; where this is the case this will be specified in the individual product descriptions.
 
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time of ordering.
We do, however, reserve the right to refuse orders where product information,
including but not limited to prices and promotions,
have been incorrectly published.
 
Prices are subject to change without notice.
 
As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock item. It should be noted that if you have paid via your PayPal account, transactions are charged at the time goods are ordered, when you click on the ‘confirm and pay’ option. If for some reason we are unable to supply your goods, the value of the items we have been unable to dispatch will be refunded via the original method of payment.
 
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
 
Cancellations
 
Once your order has been accepted it cannot be altered or cancelled, so please check all your information is correct and order carefully.
We reserve the right to refuse an order at any time. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following reasons: the product ordered is not in stock; we are unable to process your payment; or product information, including prices and promotions, were incorrectly published. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you as soon as possible using the contact information that you have provided us with.
